Between November 29th and December 22, Lansdowne Park, Ottawa's first European style Christmas Market in the Casino Lac-Leamy Plaza and will feature carolers, wagon rides (and possibly visits by the Sugar Plumb Fairy and Santa Claus !)
There is plenty to sketch both indoors and out and lots of restaurants to warm up in
when your fingers get cold!

But I Can't Sketch! I'm Not Finished Shopping?
In addition to many events happening outside, inside you will find 100+ vendors with local agricultural
products, crafts, jewelry, preserves, and more!
So, sketch with us for just an hour or sketch for all three hours, then wander through the market and many other shops at TD Place and get your shopping done.

Getting to Lansdowne Park, 1015 Bank St, Ottawa
- Parking: There is parking on-site at the Ottawa Christmas Market and the availability depends on the day, time, weather, etc with busiest times typically o weekends after 3 pm. On December 15, the Market is open from 10 am to 6pm and our sketching event will be from 11 to 2 pm
- Walking & Winter Cycling: The Ottawa Christmas Market is easily accessible by walking and cycling using the scenic multi-use pathways along the Rideau Canal. There are over 600 bike parking spaces.
- Public Transportation: OC Transpo service on Bank Street provides easy connections from downtown.
